CrossCut
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux
CrossCut is a tower defense game with a twist. During waves, you are placed onto the map to fight enemies alongside your towers to defend your objective. Use Gold that you earn between waves to buy towers and place them onto the map. Then, as the waves of enemies approach, join your towers on the map in a first-person view and use a variety of weapons to assist in taking the enemies down.
This is the Spring 2026 final build.
This game was developed by members of the Husky Game Development Enterprise at Michigan Technological University, in which students work as a team to design and develop games over the course of one or more semesters.
