๐Ÿ—ฟ Update 1.0.4 - More fixes and Tweeks ๐Ÿ—ฟ


Good 3 am EST Gamers. New update here, fixes things as well as adds new QOL stuff, and some stuff we left from day 1.

Additions

  • Added 'Sprinting.' Simply hold shift or z to move faster.
  • Added new dialogue for beating Ashix that was left out of the day 1 build.
  • Made it so beating the final boss will reset the player's position to the Village, while still keeping what they had, saving their progress too. (Still no card for the boss, that'll come later.)
  • Added more puddles that you can collect water from in the cave.
  • Added the itch.io usernames to developers on credits where it wasn't obvious before. And some more people to thank.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where music overlapped on exiting the final boss battle, exiting main menu when starting a new game when one exists and on a new instance.
  • Made gamemanager and audiomanager exist from the starting scene (this matters really only to developers)
  • Fixed the new game button remaining unclickable after denying to start new game.
  • Fixed the infamous speedup after leaving a battle scene with the speedup enabled, where it would transfer to the over-world and cause things to go ZOOOOOOM!
  • Tweaked the way that collision triggered dialogue stops player movement to accommodate sprinting.
